Chiều ngày 1/10/2024, tại New Delhi, Ấn Độ, đoàn công tác của Học viện Chính trị Quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh do PGS, TS Hoàng Anh, Vụ trưởng Vụ Tổ chức Cán bộ, dẫn đầu, cùng tham gia đoàn có TS Nguyễn Mạnh Hải, Viện trưởng Viện Thông tin Khoa học kiêm Giám đốc Trung tâm Nghiên cứu Ấn Độ và các cán bộ của Học viện, đã có buổi làm việc tại Viện Chính sách Công Ấn Độ (IIPA).
